Leanne Merchak

General Manager, Dean of Ministry Training Centre and Healing Teams, Manages the Band
E-mail Leanne Merchak

Leanne qualified as an attorney, and prior to her coming on board full time at H2O, she spent 8 years in the banking industry, completing her tenure as a senior manager.

She has been saved for 35 years, and has a passion for healing ministry and to see God’s people walk in the fullness of His promises.

She has spent many years studying healing and financial prosperity in scripture, and has witnessed God do several miraculous things, including seeing people healed from the common cold to cancer.

She is responsible for writing, Healing Belongs to You, one of the many courses found in our MTC curriculum. The course has equipped many individuals with practical tools to obtain their personal healing, while stirring up their faith to believe for the healing of others. Her knowledge of the scriptures clearly came through in this manual and it made it easy for those who desire to know more about healing to go and study up on the subject.

Leanne is one of the keyboard playing vocalists at H2O, and her faithfulness combined with her leadership gift has qualified her to be the Dean of H2O’s Ministry Training Centre as well as the manager of the Praise and Worship band.

She is a blessing to the H2O team and family. She sets an example for many and her relationship with God is inspiring to all who know her. She will push the boundaries to go deeper with God and will help you do it too!

Dale Preston

Audio Visual Team
E-mail Dale Preston

Dale was born in England, but immigrated with his family to South Africa when he was just over a year old. He grew up in Port Elizabeth, and when he graduated from school, he joined the South African Air Force. He served there for 12 years as a maintenance technician and technical officer and earned the rank of Captain. In the true sense of the term, Dale is “an officer and a gentleman.”

In 2010 he gave his life to the Lord, and joined H2O in 2011. Since then, he has been serving faithfully with his wife, Michelle, and his two children Connor and Jocelyn.

His desire to grow closer to God and to hear His voice prompted him to attend the Art of Hearing God course, which really helped him in this area, and it also opened the door for him to really go further with God than where he had gone before. Along with that, he attended MTC (our Ministry Training Centre) where he learned more about God’s word and what practical tools he can employ in his life, while discovering his God-given purpose.

Dale is a wonderful example to those who want to learn ‘Servant Leadership’ and he is really expectant for what God is going to do in him and his team.
